Somatic Guided Imagery - Journey Work
Somatic Guided Imagery is a Mind-Body modality that explores the relationship between thoughts, emotions and our physical wellbeing.
Through a series of internal awareness processes (Interactive guided imagery) you will learn how to turn your focus inward to illuminate your subconscious, tap into your own latent inner resources to release layers of emotions that have been ‘held’ in your body, clear limiting unconscious beliefs, and effectively uncover and address sources of both physical and emotional healing challenges.
Somatic Guided Imagery is beneficial for anyone seeking to dive below the surface in order to create real lasting shifts from the inside out. It is particularly beneficial for any stress-related health concerns from anxiety, pain, and depression to acute and chronic conditions such as autoimmune disorders, cancer, diabetes, phobias, allergies and high blood pressure.
Somatic Guided Imagery sessions for adults and children can be booked in-person or over the phone.
